If you’re a woman or have been socialized as female you’ve learned that it’s best to be humble and not brag about your accomplishments, do not be too proud, too smart, too rich, too pretty, too loud, too funny, too ambitious, too YOU. You’ve learned to be agreeable, to not draw attention to yourself, and to not rock the boat. You’ve been conditioned to believe that you’re too much but also not enough. Throughout the years you’ve developed the Good Girl Complex and you feel like you’re suffocating.

The deeply ingrained belief that this has to be hard is a tough belief to break up with and you may want to fight me to keep that belief…but what you’ll discover on the other side is a sense of ease and freedom that you’ve been dreaming about.
I don’t do the cookie cutter shit. Every client is different, has different needs and desires, and has different beliefs that need to be explored and dismantled. The work we do will be customized based on your specific needs and what I see available for you.
You’ll leave each session with a to do list so you know exactly what you’ll be working on in between our sessions, as well as journal prompts and pleasure practices that will allow you to go deeper on your own. This work isn’t just about funnels and strategy, although of course we’ll cover all of that.

Creating/Pricing Your Program
We will either design a new program or clarify the main program you already have so that it is crystal clear to both you and your soulmate clients what it is you’re offering and how you will help them achieve the results they desire. You will gain clarity around who the program is for and how you will show up and serve them and be able to confidently sell the shit out of this transformational experience. We will also look at how to price your programs so they feel both in alignment and expansive, and you will learn how to regulate your nervous system as you receive and hold more money.

Our money shit gets in the way of us showing up confidently online and during sales calls, so we’re going to dig into what your beliefs are around making money, keeping money, spending money, and receiving money. We’re also going to dig into your money habits and how to manage your money because it’s not only my job to help you make money but to also manage and keep it. All of my private clients receive a digital copy of the book, Profit First by Mike Michalowicz, so they can create smart money habits now vs. having to clean shit up down the line.

When you’re clear on what it is you’re launching and selling, creating content becomes so much easier. Why me…
With a bold and brave spirit, I officially stepped into the coaching industry in 2015. What began as an ambitious venture quickly grew more successful than anticipated! In 2017, I received my Associate Certified Coach credential through the International Coaching Federation; soon after that came my Professional Certified Coach credential (2018) followed by Mentor Coach Certification (2019) - making me one of few blessed with such extensive qualifications to hone their skills across many industries and career paths.
To top things off, October 2013 marks my personal journey into successful recovery from drug & alcohol abuse which further enriches my work personally & professionally alike – talk about coming full circle!
With over 24 years of professional experience in various fields and industries, I have dedicated the last 8 to helping others achieve success through business coaching and helping my clients from every niche build, grow, and scale their own successful and profitable businesses. But my expertise is so much more than business coaching - my life and professional experiences have prepared me for an incredibly diverse portfolio! From Domestic Violence Counselor and Chemical Dependency Professional, Hairstylist, Coach Trainer, Mentor Coach, to Sales + Marketing Coordinator for a million dollar coach training company -- I've seen and done it all!

I had paused my own coaching business for a year and took on a contract position as the Sales + Marketing Coordinator of a million dollar coach training company, logging 50-60 hours a week. I needed to take my life and time back, so I did not renew my contract, left the company completely, and relaunched my coaching business.
I launched my signature course, Business Unleashed (now known as Anti-Hustle Business School), with 19 women joining me to build and grow their coaching businesses. I revamped my 1:1 offer and began taking private coaching clients again.
I launched and sold out a retreat in Italy and had a second retreat filled when Covid hit and halted all travel plans.
Within 14 months of re-launching my coaching practice, I hit 6-figures while working less and playing more! I prioritized my health and well-being, worked from the bath, traveled around Italy, and put pleasure and play first. This is the time and money freedom that I’d been dreaming about for 5 years but had never experienced.
