To accept this position, I pressed pause on my own coaching business that I’d spent 5 years building. A mastermind by definition is a space for people to come together to share their knowledge and expertise, and to network and build relationships that will help them in their personal lives and businesses.
I have created this mastermind to bring people together from around the world, from all walks of life, to learn from and connect with. My clients have made lifelong friendships, become business besties, have hired one another, and have even partnered together to create podcasts and programs together. THIS is exactly what a mastermind is for!
While there is no set curriculum, like in a group coaching program, there will be monthly themes and training modules that I will lead at the beginning of each month. One gap I saw after running this mastermind for several rounds was a lack of focus and direction for the members, as well as a need for continuing professional and business development. I will be leading monthly business training calls for each pod as well as a mastermind-wide coach training/mentoring call. Please see above for what will be covered on the monthly training calls.

The Essential Pod calls with Shannon are the first three Wednesday's at 1 pm EST. This is a the place to be if you are making $0-$5k a month and are looking for support and training around mindset, sales, and strategy. This pod is capped at 10 people. Each client gets a designated hot seat so they can get specific support on what they are working on. This is where you can bring your brags, questions, struggles, business and personal topics. You get to bring ALL of you to these calls.
These are mixed gender pods and all identities are welcome.
While I largely serve coaches, this mastermind is also for service-based entrepreneurs who are ready to have cash overflow. I help all of my clients refine their offers, get clear on their messaging, decondition from toxic productivity and hustle culture, and learn how to take exquisite care of themselves so they can deeply serve their clients. Some of my clients have also been therapists, hypnotherapists, hairstylists, salon owners, consultants, web designers, photographers, authors, accountants, writers, and virtual assistants.

I get it! I live in Italy and it's really hard to have calls at times that work for every time zone.
The clients who get the best results are the ones who show up to every single call with a question/coaching request so we can dive into their business, mindset, and strategy. The calls are 2 hours long and while it would be great if you could be on the whole call the get the most value, one thing clients have done is to show up for their hot seat and then hop off when they need to and then watch the replay later, or not.
